Mary Sinclair is the grandmother of Sweetie Sinclair and a business woman who is the rival of R. E. Fendrich.
Biography[]
Mary Sinclair is a rich woman whose family may have founded the city although, just like the Fendrich family, but in either case there is currently no evidence suggesting that.
At some point, she had at least one child who later had a child of their own; Sweetie Sinclair.
Appearance[]
Sinclair has short, curly gray hair. She wears a purple business suit with white trimming on the lapels and white buttons as well as a pearl necklace.

Mary is civil towards anyone who isn't R. E. Fendrich, often using compliments and offering things like free cookies as a way to get people to do what she wants. However, when it comes to her rival, Sinclair can be very hostile and is not above doing illegal things since she broke Tippy Dorman out of jail before he served his sentence of eight hours in order to get evidence of Fendrich's criminal activities.
