Mayor Solomon Fleck (also known as The Mayor In A Corn Suit) is the mayor of the city and a major character on LEGO City Adventures, with Carol Yea as his mayor assistant.

Biography[]
Cubs and Robbers[]
He is unfazed when he sees the giant Cubby balloon floating around the city.
Billy the Bug[]
He watches Billy fly around in his glitched Twirly Hat but doesn't seem to mind.
Sky Police[]
He announces to the city that the police will also be patrolling the sky and assigns Rooky Partnur to work with Sam Grizzled.
Race to the Top[]
Carol informs him of what has been going on in the city until Fendrich and Sinclair arrive to try to convince him to choose their respective buildings as the city's landmark. Solomon agrees with Carol's idea of measuring the buildings to make the tallest one the city's landmark.
Small Carol[]
Carol informs him of recent events that went on in the city and City Hall when her daughter Madison arrives, whom Solomon refers to as "Small Carol". Carol then asks the mayor to watch Madison while she goes to get groceries despite his protests that he never babysat a "Small Carol" before, but in the end he relents and allows Madison to stay. The young girl then asks the mayor to let her borrow his "Special Mayor Pen" to do her homework, he seems reluctant to do so but once again he gives in and lets her use his pen.
Running Mates[]
He ran against for R.E. Fendrich for re-election as Mayor, so he decide to make an election speech. However, because of Carol's clumsiness, she gave Mayor fleck the wrong speech, Madison's speech. In the end, after he had announced Madison's speech, the citizens agreed with the party, and he was re-elected to Mayor.
Arrest Ye Merry Gentleman[]
He and Carol attend Sinclair's Christmas party. Duke tries to greet them with a hug, although they just greet him awkwardly and avoid said hug after Duke mispronounced Happy Holidays as "Hoppy Halidays".
Physical Appearance[]
Solomon Fleck wears his corn costume everywhere, even when he is showering.[1]Under his corn suit, he wears a formal green suit and glasses.
Personality[]
He loves to do work, to the point where not even his office being set on fire can pry him away from work until Madison and Carol talk him out of it.
